Acceptance

By using https://nextgen-datacenters.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. Enrolling in a lesson creates a separate training agreement that incorporates these terms where relevant.

About us

Nextgen Datacenters provides technical analysis training focused on candlestick reading and high-probability reversal patterns. Our study room address is 30 Constitution St, Llangian, LL53 8SX, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@nextgen-datacenters.digital or +44 070 8832 7341.

Informational nature of training

Lessons teach chart reading methods. They are not investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, scoring sheets, clinic drills, and site content belong to Nextgen Datacenters or its licensors. You may use materials for personal study after a lesson. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.

Bookings and conduct

Seat reservations are confirmed by email. We expect respectful participation in rooms and online sessions. We may remove a participant who disrupts others and apply the refund policy where work has already started.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep lesson descriptions and rates current. Occasional errors may appear; confirmed enrolment emails take precedence over website text.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, we are not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make after attending training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you reside elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
